Terms of Service

1. The service

ClenoraOps provides tools for scheduling, client and team coordination, invoicing workflows, operational reporting, and AI-assisted administrative tasks. You remain responsible for reviewing business decisions, complying with applicable laws, and verifying information before acting on it.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes and with appropriate rights to any data you submit.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute harmful or deceptive content.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. A 14-day free trial may be offered and requires a valid payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically and the payment method is charged at the displayed monthly price.

Paddle is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, applicable sales taxes, invoices, renewals, and eligible refunds. You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent a future charge; access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of business data you submit. You grant us the limited right to host, process, back up, and display that data as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having permission to process personal data about clients, staff, and other individuals.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep ClenoraOps available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the service develops. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated through the service or account contact information when reasonably possible.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClenoraOps is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Ending service

You may stop using ClenoraOps and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment, with notice when appropriate. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
