Free trial

ClenoraOps offers a 14-day free trial on eligible subscriptions. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of an initial paid subscription charge. We also review duplicate charges, billing errors, and service-access failures. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, except where required by law or when we determine that exceptional circumstances apply.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

How to request a refund

Use our Contact page and select Billing or refund. Include the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not include card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
