- Technical and security information such as browser details, request logs, and service activity.
- Support information you submit through our contact form.
2. How we use information

3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. ClenoraOps does not receive or store full payment-card details. Paddle handles payment information under its own privacy policy and shares transaction, customer, and subscription details needed to provide your account and billing support.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, security, and infrastructure. They may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Contact requests may be retained for up to 24 months. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Submit a request through the Contact page; we may need to verify your identity.
7. International processing and children
Information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards where required. ClenoraOps is a business service and is not directed to children under 18.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through our public Contact page.
