Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClenoraOps, a platform for managing employee cash advances, receipts and business expenses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to do so.

1. What the service provides

ClenoraOps brings employee advances, receipt capture, expense review and project spending into one workspace. Amounts are recorded in Saudi riyals (SAR). Recording a transfer or attaching its receipt does not move money or independently verify that a bank transfer took place.

The service supports your internal workflow. It does not replace your accounting records, professional advice or statutory reporting responsibilities.

2. Accounts and permissions

  • Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Company administrators manage invitations and access. Employees may use only the company records and actions their membership permits.
  • Upload only records you are authorized to process. Do not misuse personal data, disrupt the service or attempt to access another company's information.

3. Receipts and assisted reading

Automated reading can suggest details from a submitted document and may make mistakes. Check the supplier, date, amount, category and project before confirming a record. The approving manager remains responsible for the review decision.

Uploading an image or PDF does not itself approve an expense. Keep the original records your business needs and correct incomplete or inaccurate information before relying on a report.

4. Free pilot and existing subscriptions

The product-testing pilot is free. No payment card is required and the pilot does not automatically become a paid subscription. New paid checkout is paused. A future paid offer requires a separate, explicit subscription choice.

Any previously created paid subscription remains subject to its billing terms. Paddle handles those payments as Merchant of Record. Pausing new checkout does not cancel an existing subscription. The Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund requests.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you submit. You authorize the hosting, processing and display necessary to provide and secure the service. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and requests about personal information.

You are responsible for the permissions and accounting retention requirements that apply to your business. Ending an employee's access does not automatically erase the company's financial history or original documents.

6. Availability and changes

We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Features may change during the pilot. Keep copies of records essential to your business. Material changes to the service or these terms will be communicated through the service or account contact information when reasonably possible.

7. Responsibility and ending access

You may stop using the service. We may restrict access for material breach, unlawful use, a security risk or non-payment under an existing paid subscription, with notice when appropriate. Contact support about access to records when closing a company account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Contact

Use the Contact page for questions about these terms, account closure or a service complaint. Include enough information to identify the issue without sharing passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
