Cancellation and Refunds

The current free pilot requires no payment card and has no automatic paid conversion. The terms below apply only to a previously created paid subscription processed by Paddle.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription before its next billing date to prevent future renewals. Paid access normally continues through the current billing period. Stopping use or removing an employee does not cancel a company subscription.

2. Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of an initial paid subscription charge. We also review duplicate charges, billing errors and service-access failures. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new period begins, except where required by law or exceptional circumstances apply.

Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

3. How to contact us

Use Contact and select Billing or refund. Include the account email, charge date and reason for the request. Do not send full card details, passwords or verification codes. Pausing new checkout does not cancel any previously created provider subscription.
